• Membership Information — Membership status, start date, expiry date, and renewal preferences
• Usage Data — Pages visited, features used, browser type, and device information (for improving our service)

• All payments are processed by Paystack, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)
• Card details and Mobile Money credentials are handled entirely by Paystack — we never see, access, or store this information
• For members with auto-renewal enabled, Paystack securely stores a payment authorization token (not your actual card/account details)

• Paystack — Payment processing (transaction amounts, email for receipts)
• Delivery partners — Name, phone number, and delivery address (only what's needed to deliver your order)
• Resend — Email delivery service (your email address, for sending order confirmations and membership updates)

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• We implement access controls to limit who can view your data within our organization
• We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period for legal and business purposes
