Terms of Service

• By accessing or using the ScentSaves website, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
• If you do not agree, please do not use our services
• These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Webs Ghana Ltd

• ScentSaves is a members-only imported deodorant club operated by Webs Ghana Ltd
• Registered and located in Accra, Ghana
• We import and sell authentic American deodorant brands at exclusive member prices

• Annual membership fee: GH₵100/year
• Membership grants access to exclusive member pricing on all products
• Membership is valid for one year from the date of activation

• All products sold on ScentSaves are 100% authentic and imported from international suppliers
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but minor variations may occur
• Product availability is subject to stock levels — items may sell out without notice
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per order

• All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵)
• Member prices are exclusive to active members — non-members see retail prices only as reference
• Products are sold in bulk packs of 6, 12, or 24 units
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed
• Delivery fees are calculated separately at checkout based on your delivery zone

• All payments are processed securely through Paystack
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment — you will receive an email confirmation
• If payment fails, your order will not be created and no charges will apply
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraud or abuse

• We deliver within Greater Accra and select areas outside Accra
• Delivery fees vary by zone and are shown at checkout before payment
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed — delays may occur due to factors beyond our control
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and phone number
• If delivery fails due to incorrect information, re-delivery fees may apply

• We offer free replacements for products that arrive damaged or defective
• To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph of the damaged item
• We do not offer refunds or returns for products that have been opened or used
• Membership fees are non-refundable once processed
• All replacement decisions are at the discretion of ScentSaves

• Members earn loyalty points on qualifying purchases
• Points accumulate in your account and can be redeemed for discounts on future orders
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred to other members
• We reserve the right to modify the loyalty program (earn rates, redemption thresholds, expiry rules) at any time
• Points earned through fraudulent activity will be forfeited

• Every member receives a unique referral code
• When someone joins using your referral code and makes their first purchase, both you and the new member earn bonus loyalty points
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, or any form of referral abuse will result in point forfeiture and possible account termination
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time

• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information
• You must keep your login credentials secure and not share your account with others
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services

• The ScentSaves name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of Webs Ghana Ltd
• Product names, brand logos, and trademarks (Old Spice, Degree, Arm & Hammer, AXE, Secret, Native) belong to their respective owners
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission

• Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• Webs Ghana Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or internet outages

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana
• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Accra, Ghana

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time
• We will notify registered members of significant changes via email
• The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised
• Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
